У статті проаналізовано нормативно-правову базу щодо підвищення рівня професійної компетентності науково-педагогічних працівників в Україні. Здійснено порівняння нормативно встановлених прав та обов’язків науково-педагогічних працівників щодо підвищення рівня професійної компетентності. З’ясовано, що підвищення рівня професійної компетентності відноситься як до прав так і до обов’язків науково-педагогічних працівників. Виявлено, що на законодавчому рівні в Україні відсутня державна регламентація організації системи підвищення рівня професійної компетентності науково-педагогічних працівників. Визначено перспективи подальших наукових досліджень у цьому напрямі.
In the article the regulatory framework about raising the level of professional competence of scientific-pedagogical employees in Ukraine was analyzed. Comparison of the normatively established rights and duties of scientific-pedagogical employees relatively to raising the level of professional competence was made. It was established that an increase in the level of professional competence refers both to the rights and duties of scientific-pedagogical employees. It was revealed that at the legislative level in Ukraine there is no state regulation of the organization of the system of increasing the level of professional competence of scientific-pedagogical employees. Prospects for further scientific research in this direction have been determined. |
