Резюме:Literature review of dopant and methods of doping barium titanate nanopowder to obtain ferroelectric materials with relaxor behavior and diffuse phase transition was conducted. Particularly, elements for smoothing the temperature dependence of the dielectric constant was characterized and the most appropriate method for stoichiometric doped barium titanate nanopowder with the lack of secondary phases, high performance and efficiency was determined.
