Розглянуті загальні підходи при формуванні оцінки вартості застосування пілотованої авіації та ударних безпілотних літальних апаратів (БпЛА), наведені економічні показники бойового застосування та здійснено аналіз економічної оцінки варіанту бойового застосування ударних пілотованих і безпілотних авіаційних комплексів. При викладі матеріалу використовувались методи змістового, неформального системного аналізу та узагальнення досвіду застосування літаків і ударних БпЛА, воєнно-економічного аналізу. При порівнянні економічних показників робиться відповідний висновок щодо доцільності використання обраного варіанту сумісного застосування літаків і БпЛА.
Рассмотрены общие подходы при формировании оценки стоимости применения пилотируемой авиации и ударных беспилотных летательных аппаратов (БпЛА), приведены экономические показатели боевого применения и осуществлен анализ экономической оценки варианта боевого применения ударных пилотируемых и беспилотных авиационных комплексов. При изложении материала использовались методы содержательного, неформального системного анализа и обобщения опыта применения самолетов и ударных БпЛА, военно-экономического анализа. При сравнении экономических показателей делается соответствующий вывод относительно целесообразности использования избранного варианта совместимого применения самолетов и БпЛА. An analysis of trends in the development of the Air Force indicates that economic considerations in the near future will be decisive in the choice of the concept of development of combat aviation. Taking into account the military-economic factors in the combat use of aircraft and UAV, the question of the cost of using aviation equipment always arises. In modern conditions, it becomes a significant limiting factor in the development and improvement of weapons systems. One of the key issues that determines the appearance and combat using of promising systems of combat UAVs is the implementation of a joint combat application of manned planes and combat aircraft in the structure of mixed tactical aviation forces. The article presents an economic evaluation of the joint use of tactical aircraft and of combat UAVs, which necessary to be taken into account when planning combat operations. General approaches to the estimation of the cost of combat use of manned aircraft and of combat UAVs are considered, economic indicators of combat employment are given, and an analysis is made of the cost of combat use of impact manned and unmanned aerial systems. In the presentation of the material, methods of informative, informal system analysis and generalization of the experience of using aircraft and of combat UAVs, military-economic analysis were used. When comparing economic indicators, an appropriate conclusion is drawn regarding the advisability of using one or another version of the compatible application of aircraft and of combat UAVs. Consideration of the option is carried out by comparing the obtained economic indicators of the combat use of manned and unmanned AK with the economic capabilities of the state, which determine the feasibility of the introduction of combat UAVs in the practice of combat operations. |
