У дослідженні обґрунтовано та визначено поняття готовності майбутніх учителів математики до організації самостійної роботи старшокласників в умовах профільного навчання, розглянуто науково-теоретичні основи процесу формування зазначеної готовності під час професійної підготовки вчителів математики. Виявлено та експериментально перевірено організаційно-педагогічні умови, за яких здійснюється ефективне формування у майбутніх учителів математики готовності до організації самостійної роботи старшокласників: впровадження в систему самостійної роботи майбутніх учителів математики ІКТ та дистанційних технологій навчання; розширення змісту професійної підготовки майбутніх вчителів математики за рахунок введення спецкурсу «Організація самостійної роботи з математики у профільній школі»; оптимізація програм педагогічних практик. Розроблено критерії, показники та виокремлено рівні сформованості у майбутніх учителів математики готовності до організації самостійної роботи учнів старших класів в умовах профільного навчання. Запропоновано та експериментально перевірено методику діагностики рівня готовності до організації самостійної роботи старшокласників в умовах профільного навчання. Здійснено дослідницько-експериментальну перевірку та експертну оцінку запропонованих організаційно-педагогічних умов, які засвідчили їх високі дидактичні якості. The readiness for organization of independent work of senior pupils on the basis of subject-oriented education of the future teachers of mathematics is substantiated and defined in the research, scientific and theoretical background of the formation of the stated readiness in the course of professional training of teachers of mathematics are elucidated. There have been found and tested favorable pedagogical conditions for efficient formation of readiness for independent work orga nization of senior pupils on the basis of subject-oriented education of the future teachers of mathematics: implementation of information and communication technologies and distance technologies to the system of independent work of the future teachers of mathematics; expanding the content of professional training of the future teachers of mathematics by introducing a special course "Organization of independent work in mathematics at specialist school"; optimization of teaching practice programmes. The criteria and indicators have been worked out and the levels of readiness for organization of independent work of senior pupils on the basis of subject-oriented education have been distinguished. The methods for diagnosing the level of readiness for independent work organization of senior pupils on the basis of subject-oriented education have been proposed and experimentally tested. The research and experimental testing, expert evaluation of the proposed organizational and pedagogical conditions have been carried out that have proved their high didactic quality. |
