Стаття присвячена науковому дослідженню та усвідомленню змісту готовності майбутніх керівників навчальних закладів до оцінювання якості освітньої діяльності. Показано, що дана готовність є невід’ємною складовою управлінської діяльності майбутнього керівника навчального закладу. Також досліджується зміст поняття «готовність» у психолого-педагогічній літературі. Уточнюється дефініція «готовність майбутніх керівників до оцінювання якості освітньої діяльності». Конкретизується зміст даного поняття в наукових працях. Аналізується зміст та компоненти, які засвідчують готовність майбутнього керівника освітньої установи. Визначаються складові компонентів готовності керівників начального закладу до оцінювання якості освітньої діяльності. Та зазначено, що всі складові готовності майбутнього керівника освітньої установи повинні бути включені в програму професійної підготовки спеціалістів відповідної кваліфікації, та необхідність введення в курс підготовки, дисциплін, що дозволять озброїти майбутніх спеціалістів відповідними знаннями уміннями та навичками з оцінювання якості освітньої діяльності, очолюваного ними навчального закладу. Resume (This article is devoted to scientific research and understanding the contents of future school leaders to evaluating the quality of educational activities. It is shown that among management functions that perform the head of the institution, it is important to evaluating the quality of the educational activities of the institution. In order to realize our specified function manager requires the development and implementation of an effective strategy that focused on the implementation of a quality evaluation of educational activities of the school, a gymnasium and lyceum. Therefore, commitments to the above management activities are an integral part of the management of the future head of the institution. Also examines the concept of «readiness» in psychological and pedagogical literature. Clarifies the definition of «readiness for future leaders to evaluating the quality of educational activities». Specifies the content of the concept of scientific works of various researchers. Based on a systematic analysis of the psychological and educational literature determined the content and components that prove the readiness of the future head of the educational institution to the evaluation of the quality of educational activities. Identify components of preparedness managers of education institutions to evaluating the quality of educational activities. And that all the components of the preparation of a future head of the educational institution to be included in the program of professional training of suitably qualified and need to introduce in the course of training courses that enable professionals to equip future skills relevant knowledge and skills of evaluating the quality of educational activities led by their educational institution. It is the achievement of effective preparedness for future school leaders to evaluating the quality of educational activities will ensure quality education for all members of the educational process. And raise the educational services provided by the institution at a much higher level. |
