The Dissertation is devoted to the complex research of the work of the Ukrainian military organization (UMO) in the environment of the Ukrainian young people in 1920-1929th during the interwar period in Poland, in particular on the territory of East Galicia. In the work certain influence of the Military organization on the national-patriotic education of young Ukrainians within the framework of legal student, youth and sport-active organizations and societies has been defined, ideological and educational work with young people in the conditions of the underground activity, the process of drawing them to the rows of the organization, military training of new members, participating in battle actions, the reconnaissance activity of UMO have been analysed. From the beginning of its existence Military organization paid considerable attention to the process of the national-patriotic education of the rising Ukrainian generation. Leaders of the organization set contacts and to a certain extent influenced the activity of Ukrainian legal youth organizations and societies. At the same time UMO assisted the development of Ukrainian cultural and economic life, fought against the enthrallment of Ukrainian schools. With organization’s assistance the row of illegal underground organizations was created in Ukrainian high schools in East Galicia, the young participants of which afterwards became the members of UMO and took part in the underground activity, conducted diversions, expended revolutionary illegal materials and others like that. Every new member of UMO brought the special oath on a weapon and with a secret purpose got a pseudo. For the young members of UMO the special studies were conducted (from history, ideology, agitation and propaganda, military business and others like that). The organizational structure, the strategy and the tactics of UMO, revolutionary and military operations, large trials against the caught members of revolutionary fighting groups, the influence on patriotic education of the Ukrainian young people drawing them to the underground activity formed and strengthened revolutionary consciousness of wide layers of the Ukrainian people, preparing them to the future liberation fight. Exactly the activity of the Ukrainian military organization laid the organizational beginnings for the unification of all nationalistic organizations, the formation and development of the Organization of the Ukrainian nationalists (OUN) and the continuation of the fight for the Ukrainian Independent Cathedral State.Диссертация посвящена комплексному исследованию роботы Украинской военной организации (УВО) среди украинской молодежи в 1920-х гг. у междувоенной Польше. Проанализировано состояние научных исследований и наличие источников. Рассмотрено процес и обстоятельства создания Военной организации, отображена организационная структура и лица, участвовавшие в ней. Значительное внимание уделено идеологическим принципам и цели деятельности организации, изъяснены методы подпольной борьбы. Исследовано роботу УВО в различных легальных организациях и обществах, а также определено влияние Военной организации на патриотическое воспитание тогдашней молодежи, процесс привлечения молодых лиц в ряды УВО, их выучку и роль в организационной деятельности. Проанализировано акции УВО, их резонанс, а также отношение к ним украинской общественности Восточной Галиции. Дисертацію присвячено комплексному дослідженню роботи Української військової організації (УВО) з українською молоддю у 1920-х роках в міжвоєнній Польщі. Проаналізовано стан наукових досліджень та джерельну базу. Прослідковано процес та обставини створення Військової організації, відображено організаційну структуру та осіб, що належали до неї. Значну увагу звернено на ідеологічні засади та мету діяльності, з’ясовано методи підпільної боротьби. Досліджено роботу УВО в різноманітних легальних організаціях і товариствах, а також визначено вплив Військової організації на патріотичне виховання тогочасної молоді, процес залучення молодих осіб до лав УВО, їх вишкіл та роль в організаційній діяльності. Проаналізовано акції УВО, їх суспільний резонанс та ставлення до них української громадськості краю. |
