The thesis deals with solving an important scientific task of developing methods and means of efficient virtual communities based on Web forums. In this thesis definition of formal criteria and ratio of Web forum efficiency were given and scenarios of Web forum development were defined. Web forum model which includes Web forum member’s model, content structure model and Web forum theme model were developed. Algorithms of member registration, conflict monitoring, unwanted content detection were developed. Web forum members’ classification and sanction imposing algorithms were suggested. Software which allows automating community management and improves efficiency of community moderation was developed. In the first chapter, tendencies and perspectives of development of the Internet communities were presented. Different types of Internet communities were analyzed, and their place in WWW was defined. The analysis of communities’ efficiency criteria was carried out and complex of numerical indexes of effectiveness of the web communities on the basis of Web forums was defined. In the second chapter the general description of community, on the basis of Web forums, from the point of view of information content organization and Web community member was made. Formal model of a Web forum which includes the model of a Web forum member based on their characteristics using fuzzy sets and a model of information content based on the apparatus of the graph theory as well as a thematic Web forum model were developed. In the third chapter methods for improving community effectiveness, on the basis of Web forum, were introduced. In particular, method for balancing tree of Web forum information structure was developed, aiming at improving the structure of Web community information content. The methods and algorithms of analysis of member quantity growth, which were assigned for monitoring the scopes of Web forum and the dynamics of its change, were worked out. Further in this chapter, methods of Web forum popularization by the means of information content expansion into other communication media and consolidation of content from different information sources were presented. In the fourth chapter software, algorithmic, and informational means and tools for improving community effectiveness on the basis of a Web-forum were described, main components of the program complex, their functions and technical aspects of realization were described. Means for defining characteristics and classification of community members were presented. Means for spreading Web-forum content to other communication services and reverse consolidation of new content were developed. Web-forum «Forum Ridnogo Mista» that uses the program complex, developed by the author for improving the effectiveness of the community functionality was described.Диссертация посвящена разработке методов и средств создания эффективных виртуальных сообществ на основе Веб-форумов. В работе осуществлено формальное определение критериев и показателей эффективности Веб-форумов и определено сценарии их развития. Построена модель Веб-форума, которая включает модель участника, модель информационного наполнения и модель тематики Веб-форума. Разработаны алгоритмы регистрации и классификации участников, мониторинга конфликтных ситуаций и нежелательного информационного наполнения, применения санкций к участникам, что позволяет администратору сообщества эффективнее контролировать поведение участников Веб-форума; методы повышения эффективности Веб-форума путем распространения и консолидации информационного наполнения. Разработан программный комплекс, который обеспечивает автоматизацию управления Веб-форумом и повышает эффективность модерирования сообщества.Дисертацію присвячено розробленню методів та засобів побудови ефективних віртуальних спільнот на основі Веб-форумів. У роботі здійснене формальне визначення критеріїв та показників ефективності Веб-форумів та визначено сценарії їх розвитку. Побудовано модель Веб-форуму, яка включає модель учасника, модель інформаційного наповнення та модель тематики Веб-форуму. Розроблено алгоритми реєстрації та класифікації учасників, відслідковування конфліктних ситуацій і небажаного інформаційного наповнення, застосування санкцій до учасників, що дає змогу адміністратору спільноти ефективніше контролювати поведінку учасників Веб-форуму; методи підвищення ефективності Веб-форуму шляхом поширення і консолідації інформаційного наповнення. Розроблений програмний комплекс, що забезпечує автоматизацію управління Веб-форумом та підвищує ефективність модерування спільноти. |
