In this article of the most important institutions of the defence of the person's rights the institution of ombudsman is considered and analysed. The author has learned the foreign experience (Swedish and English models) and she has got an opportunity to broaden and improve her knowledge about this instrument of the person's rights defence. She turns her attention to the different points of view to the formation of the institution of ombudsman but she accents the Ukrainian model of the Representative of the Supreme Rada on the person's rights. She also submits a proposal to insert a correction on the Law of Ukraine about the Representative of the Supreme Rada on the person's rights. |
