Dissertation work is devoted to the decision of problem of development of theoretical aspects and applied recommendations in relation to an evaluation and development intellectual capital of machine-building enterprises. Based on the principles of processing of literary sources the definition «intellectual capital of machine-building enterprises» is improved, principles of strategic management of intellectual capital and factors which influence on strategic efficiency of intellectual capital are systematized. Methodical positions are developed for prognostication of development and evaluation of the current state of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprises. Methodical positions are improved for the rating evaluation of intellectual capital, methodical recommendations in relation to administrative measures, directed on development of intellectual capital, methodical recommendations regarding the selecting of development strategy of intellectual capital. The term intellectual capital collectively refers to all resources that determine the value and the competitiveness of an enterprise. As such, it includes as subsets the attributes that concur to building all financial statements as well as the balance sheet. The value of an enterprise is made of physical assets, various financial assets and, finally, intellectual capital. Structural elements of the intellectual capital of machine-building enterprises have certain inherent characteristics that positionate them as a strategic asset of the enterprise and impact on the level of strategic effectiveness of the enterprise’s intellectual capital. There were distinguished the following characteristics of intellectual capital: profitability, innovation, adaptability, controllability, cost. Characteristics are grouped within the main structural elements of intellectual capital (human, structural, market capitals) in order to estimate the intellectual capital and based on them to make effective management decisions regarding the development of intellectual capital. The level of strategic effectiveness of the enterprise’s intellectual capital is the ratio of intellectual capital profitability and the amount of expenses which were spent on intellectual capital development during the strategic period. Strategic period reflects the time for implementation of chosen strategy of intellectual capital development. In addition to the characteristics of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprises, factors of macro and medium levels influence on the level of strategic effectivenes of the enterprise’s intellectual capital. Factors of macro level include the following: political, legal, economic, scientific, technical, natural, social, cultural and demographical. Factors of medium level affect the level of strategic effectiveness of the enterprise’s intellectual capital, act as catalysts for microlevel factors (characteristics of the intellectual capital) and characterize the region of the enterprise. Among them are outlined the following: innovativeness of intellectual capital of region, flexibility of intellectual capital of region, state of the intellectual property market in the region, funding of intellectual capital. To achieve the goal of the thesis the following tasks were defined: clarify the essence of economic category - "intellectual capital of enterprise”, analyze the structure of intellectual capital to define principles of functioning and development of intellectual capital; identify and classify the factors which influence the level of strategic effectiveness of machine-building enterprises; improve the evaluation system of intellectual capital development state of machine-building enterprises; develop a dynamic model for evaluation of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprises; improve methods of statistical evaluation and ranking of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprises, providing assessment of the intellectual capital development state; improve method of intellectual capital evaluating using system dynamics to predict the probable states of enterprise’s intellectual capital; specify, codify and formalize the likely intellectual capital development strategies and improve the method for selecting of intellectual capital development strategy. The complex of theoretical and methodological provisions for evaluation and development of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprises based on a functional management approach are developed. The results of the thesis, defining its scientific novelty, are described below. For the first time the model of dynamic assessment of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprises to predict states of intellectual capital, which reflects increasing and balancing loops is developed. There is improved a system of economic evaluation of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprises, which, unlike existing distinguishes fifteen groups of partial indexes evaluating the characteristics of structural elements of intellectual capital, which are designed for objective evaluation of these elements by managers. There are improved methods of static and rating evaluation of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprises that, unlike known, include evaluation of the current state of intellectual capital and methods for dynamic estimation based on dynamic evaluation model of intellectual capital, which allows you to predict the possible states of intellectual capital. There are improved the method for selecting development strategy of intellectual capital, which, unlike existing approaches, does it on the basis of evaluation of the intellectual capital development state of enterprise and its competitors. There are expanded the interpretation of the term "intellectual capital of enterprise”, the classification principles of intellectual capital factors that influence the level of strategic effectiveness, including structural characteristics. There are expanded tools for systematizing of intellectual capital development strategies, which, unlike existing ones, based on a combination of intellectual capital states during the strategical period. The results and conclusions of the thesis can be used for economic evaluation and development of intellectual capital of machine-building enterprises based on its modeling, using of evaluation methods of intellectual capital development state, selecting and implementing intelelctual capital development strategies.Диссертационная работа посвящена решению проблемы разрабатывания теоретических аспектов и прикладных рекомендаций относительно оценивания и развития интеллектуального капитала машиностроительних предприятий. На принципах проработки литературных источников уточнено понятие «интеллектуальный капитал предприятия», систематизированы принципы управления интеллектуальным капиталом как стратегическим активом, факторы, которые влияют на уровень стратегической эффективности интеллектуального капитала предприятия. Разработаны методические положения из прогнозирования развития и оценивания состояния развития и эффективности финансирования развития интеллектуального капитала машиностроительных предприятий. Усовершенствованы методические положения из рейтингового оценивания интеллектуального капитала, методические рекомендации относительно управленческих мероприятий, направленных на развитие ИК, методические рекомендации для выбора стратегии развития интеллектуального капитала.в, 2011. Дисертаційну роботу присвячено вирішенню проблеми розроблення теоретичних аспектів та прикладних рекомендацій щодо оцінювання та розвитку інтелектуального капіталу машинобудівних підприємств. На засадах опрацювання літературних джерел уточнено поняття «інтелектуальний капітал підприємства», систематизовано принципи управління інтелектуальним капіталом як стратегічним активом, визначено фактори, що впливають на рівень стратегічної ефективності інтелектуального капіталу підприємства. Розроблено методи прогнозування розвитку і оцінювання стану розвитку та ефективності фінансування розвитку інтелектуального капіталу машинобудівних підприємств. Удосконалено методи рейтингового оцінювання інтелектуального капіталу. Конкретизовані та систематизовані імовірні стратегії розвитку ІК підприємства. Запропоновано управлінські заходи, спрямовані на розвиток ІК, методи вибору стратегії розвитку інтелектуального капіталу. |
