В статті розглянуто фінансовий моніторинг як елемент системи економічної безпеки банку. Проаналізовано підходи до визначення поняття «фінансовий моніторинг», виділено суб’єкти первинного фінансового моніторингу, окреслено місце фінансового моніторингу у банківській системі України, виокремлено загальні вимоги Національного банку України до банків та певні їх зобов'язання, описано фінансовий моніторинг у банку. The article considers financial monitoring as part of the system of economic security of the Bank. Analyzes approaches to the definition of "financial monitoring" is allocated to the entities of initial financial monitoring, outlines the place of financial monitoring in the banking system of Ukraine, and the General requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine to banks and are obligations of the financial monitoring in the Bank. Special attention to issues of ensuring a high degree of coordination between the entities subject to financial monitoring, as coordinated functioning of subjects of financial monitoring to a large extent on the status and effectiveness of efforts to combat money laundering, organized crime, proliferation of the informal sector, and consequently the reliability of the credit and financial system of the country and the economic security of specific banking institutions. |
