У статті визначено сутність поняття “економічний потенціал”, опираючись на загальнонауковий та філософський зміст. Із погляду загальнонаукових концепцій, виявлено сукупність об’єднуючих чинників трактування цієї категорії, серед яких можливість, здатність та ресурси. А на основі сучасних філософських концепцій розкрито поняття “потенціал”, зупиняючись на взаємообумовлених філософських категоріях “можливість” та “дійсність ” (In this article, the essence of the concept of “economic potencial” relying on general scientifi c and philosophical meaning. In terms of general concepts, identifi ed a set of unifying factors interpretation of this category, including the opportunity, ability and resources. And on the basis of modern philosophical concepts disclosed the concept of “potential”, referring to the interrelated philosophical categories “opportunity” and “reality”) |
