У даній статті обґрунтовано необхідність розроблення плану проектних робіт при проведенні автоматизації організації. Виокремлено основні складові проекту, що впливають на якість його реалізації. Розглянуто методи удосконалення процедури виконання плану проектних робіт, та управління ресурсами на усіх етапах автоматизації підприємства. Доведено що використання плану при автоматизації позитивно впливає на результат впровадження. В данной статье обоснована необходимость разработки плана проектных работ при автоматизации предприятия. Выделены основные составляющие, влияющие на качество реализации проекта. Рассмотрены методы усовершенствования процедуры выполнения плана проектных работ, а также управление ресурсами на всех этапах автоматизации предприятия. Доказано что использование плана при автоматизации положительно влияет на результат внедрения. utomation. Approaches used in the development of project plans. During the planning of the project focused on the development schedule in which work performed on a scale of one implementation consistent over time together with the ability to support different kinds of logistical and manpower. When planning the use of resources for the project considered that the construction of the project structure projected expenditure data for each of the works detailed restrictions in the form of general (common) plans, with lower resource planning stage is the initiation amended refinements and adjustments to the overall plan. It is shown that the use of the plan for automating positively affect the outcome of implementation. |
