In terms of socio-political transformation of our society, development and strengthening of statehood, the revival of deep cultural and historical experience and traditions of national education is extremely urgent problem arises spiritual and physical development of the young generation, and as a necessary condition of the strengthening and preservation of health. The author of the article considers the question of motivation teens to a healthy lifestyle, analyzes the factors that influence the life and health of people, particularly teenagers.
