Розглянуто проблему колективної відповідальності за подальший науково-технічний, технологічний, інформаційний розвиток в умовах зростання науково-технічного знання і техніко-техноло-гічної могутності глобалізованої техногенної цивілізації як фундаментальну проблему збереження біосфери й виживання людства. Доведено, що зміна етичного статусу відповідальності зумовлена необхідністю побудови нової етики колективної відповідальності в умовах колективного характеру пізнавальної та техніко-технологічної діяльності. (Purpose of the paper is philosophical and methodological analysis of scientific and technological development in a globalized collective action and reveal its inherent connection with the ethics of collective responsibility. Considered the problem of collective responsibility for the future of scientific, technical, technological, informational development in the growth of scientific knowledge and technological power of globalized technological civilization as a fundamental problem of preserving the biosphere and human survival. Proved that the concept of collective responsibility in the twentieth century acquires new meanings associated with the changing nature of human activity, which is transformed under the influence of modern technology and the latest technology, getting into the technological era not only highly specialized, but synergistic nature and increasing indirectness in system organized collective practice. Detected inconsistencies technical and ethical competence in industrial society. This gives grounds to conclude about discrepancy traditional ethics to new realities. To overcome existing inconsistencies new ethic is required. It should explicate, together with technological advances we must also make progress in humanity. Shown that mankind should be a new way to think about technology and its consequences, by connecting technology and engineering activities in ethical and social responsibility. Displaying that ethic of collective responsibility is due to the collective human activity in the modern globalized information and communication world. Definitely collective responsibility as a variant of the new ethical project, designed to regulate the scientific and technological development. It is shown that the change in status of ethical responsibility due to the need to build a new ethic of collective responsibility in collective nature of cognitive and technical and technological activities. A new ethic of collective responsibility is intended to contain man-made risks, disasters caused by man-made activities of mankind.) |
