Description Approach to the description of the photoelectric converter built on the basis of nanosized semiconductor
film was presented. The absorption coefficient of the incident quantum flux was presented as the sum of
the vibration modes, determined by their own energies have been picked up from the Schrödinger equation,
which describes the disordered atomic matrix.
