За результатами опитування 102 учнів старшого шкільного віку, щодо особливостей їх роботи на комп’ютері і його впливу на зір та психічний стан. Встановлено, що в більшості обстежених наявні симптоми зорового комп’ютерного синдрому (Computer Vision Syndrome) та загальний дискомфорт, втома, дратівливість. pecularities of computer use and its effects on the vision and psychic functions of examined ones, it was found that most of examinees express the symptoms of Computer Vision Syndrome, general discomfort, anxiety and fatigue. This syndrome is one of the newest recognised and widely spread diseases of civilization. Half of the questioned students spend from 1 to 3 hours a day, working with computer, while another one fourth of them - 5 hours or more. In particular, most of the time was spent surfing the internet. The most prominent symptoms observed were the change of sensitivity to light, pain of the eyes and hyperemia of sclerae. 80% of the students stated that they follow the hygienic rules of computer use and 35% use a special set of exercises for eyes. Symptoms of occular pain, fatigue and anxiety were less expressed among these students. Nevertheless, in the vast majority of cases it took less then an hour for these symptoms to disappear. |
