| Description |
The aim of this study is the measurement of knowledge diffused by participants in an agricultural education program (AEP) to other members of the rural community. For the purpose of the study, data were collected from two groups of farmers. The first is consisted from 33 farmers participated in an AEP and the second from 33 farmers of participants' social environment. Descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis methods were used in order to meet the objectives of the study. The analysis revealed that satisfaction from the AEP's quality, mainly derived from the educational modules and the methodology used, is a crucial factor for the diffusion of knowledge. The research findings, managerial implications, limitations, and directions for future research are discussed
