У статті здійснено багатовимірний аналіз професійно значущих складових педагогічної майстернос- ті вчителя української мови і літератури, які збігаються зі змістом затребуваних суспільством іннова- ційних ролей і функцій, адекватні психологічній структурі професійно-педагогічної діяльності та які треба неперервно розвивати для досягнення професійної акме-вершини. Обґрунтовано введення у науковий обіг поняття акмелінгвістичної майстерності як сутнісної складової педагогічної майстерності вчителя-словесника. Окреслено комплекс заходів для вдосконалення сутнісних складових педагогічної майстерності вчителя української мови і літератури протягом міжатестаційного циклу. (The article presents the multivariate analysis of professionally significant components of pedagogical skills of teachers of the Ukrainian language and literature, which coincide with the sought-after community of innovative content and roles, adequate psychological structure of vocational and educational activities that are necessary to continuously develop to achieve a professional acme-tops.
