Рассмотрена проблема несоответствия потребностей педагогов и студентов в улучшении функционирования самостоятельной формы работы и недостаточной эффективности современной системы управления на факультете. Исследовано взаимодействие деканата с кафедрами и студентами в аспектах созидания, организации, мотивации, стимулирования и контроля. Определены функции деканата в управлении организацией и выполнением самостоятельной учебной деятельности на факультете. Сделаны акценты на специфике функционирования самостоятельной работы в учебных заведениях юридической направленности.
Functions of a Dean’s Office in the System of Managing the Future Lawyers’ Original Work The original students’ work is an important integrate part of the academic processes in a higher educational establishment. The article deals with the problem of uncorrespondence of teachers’ and students’ demands to improve functioning of original work and level of effectiveness of modern system of managing at the faculty. The research takes into account three aspects of lawyers’ training in a higher school. The organizational and normative conditions of managing original activity of students, created by the rector’s office, are treated as the first aspect. As for the second one it is determined by the type of higher education establishment. In multi-structural educational establishment the Dean’s office is more independent in its decisions if compare with the specialized law education establishment. The third aspect takes into account the lawyer’s specialty: the future law enforcement agents are trained in the educational establishment of a military type, as for the future lawyers they have the traditional conditions of teaching. The five groups of functions define the Dean’s office management of students’ original work of law specialties. The creative activity of a Dean’s office is included in the first group of functions. They are realized through working up the academic courses and providing the educational circumstances at the faculty. The organizational functions of a Dean’s office belong to the second group. They are the following: faculty- and self-organizational, organizational and pedagogical, academic and organizational. They are aimed to allocate the duties within the faculty, to create conditions for teachers’ work and original activity of the students. The motivated activity of a Dean’s office is directed to teachers and students, and it is the third group. Pedagogical-motivate and educational-motivate functions are among them. The fourth group of functions is aimed to stimulate chairs’ work and educational activity of students. They are the following: pedagogical stimulating, educational-stimulating. Stimulation includes the additional amount of work to be done by teachers, and conducting the individual work with students etc. The last group of functions is defined with its activity of control. The function of self-control provides the self-analysis of a Dean’s office administrative activity in various aspects. The functions of pedagogical and academic control are aimed to monitor pedagogical activity and original work of students. The functions of managing the original work of future lawyers by a Dean’s office make it possible to realize the working out of technologies of original academic activity of legal specialties’ students in the faculties. Розглянута проблема невідповідності потреб педагогів і студентів у покращенні функціонування самостійної форми роботи й недостаньої ефективності сучасної системи управління на факультеті. Досліджено взаємодію деканату з кафедрами і студентами в аспектах творення, організації, мотивації, стимулювання і контролю. Визначені функції деканата в управлінні організацією і виконанням самостійної навчальної діяльності на факультеті. Зроблено акценти на специфіці яункціонування самостійної роботи в навчальних закладах юридичної спрямованості. |
