| Description |
In the article grounds the relevance of innovation-oriented forms and methods in the preparation of future teachers of preschool education and psychology to innovative professional activities; The essence of innovative teaching methods and their uses in lectures and seminars on subjects of professional pedagogical cycle. Innovation-oriented form of education direct future teachers of pre-school pedagogy and psychology to develop innovative content to the implementation of preschool education, interdisciplinary relations, research, study innovative teaching experience, simulation and design of integrated educational process, creating innovative educational projects and their implementation in teaching practice. To innovative teaching methods include those that are focused on the development of creative thinking, future teacher, teaching critical analysis of reality, the ability to generate new educational ideas, including: dialogic: heuristic conversation, synthesis of ideas, microphone; discussion: controversial discussion of important issues for profession – "roundtable" debate, problem-reflective polylogue; problem-based learning: an analysis of teaching situations, case method, auction pedagogical ideas; development of creative and critical thinking – brainstorming, free association, analogy, synektyky; Playing: business and role plays. The author proved that technological literacy and innovative culture is the dominant characteristic of the modern teacher provides a transition to a qualitatively new level of efficiency and optimality of organization the educational process.
У статті обґрунтовується актуальність інноваційних форм і методів навчання у підготовці майбутніх викладачів дошкільної педагогіки і психології до інноваційної професійної діяльності; розкрито сутність інноваційних методів навчання та особливості їх застосування на лекційних та семінарських заняттях з дисциплін професійно-педагогічного циклу. Обосновывается актуальность инновационных форм и методов обучения в подготовке будущих преподавателей дошкольной педагогики и психологии к инновационной профессиональной деятельности; раскрыта сущность инновационных методов обучения и особенности их применения на лекционных и семинарских занятия по дисциплинам профессионально-педагогического цикла. |
