Стаття присвячена питанням словенської національної автономії. Висвітлюється вплив створення бановини Хорватії на політичну діяльність органів управління Дравської бановини, а також головні підґрунтя вимоги про створення бановини Словенії та хід її реалізації в умовах послаблення національного унітаризму та суворої державної централізації Першої Югославії наприкінці 1930-х рр. (Being the part of the First Yugoslavia for more than 20 years has strengthened the Slovenes in the belief that the Yugoslav state is acceptable only if its inner essence will be changed and the national interests of Slovenia will be realized. The first step in the implementation of the Slovenian autonomy was the establishment of Banovina of Croatia. This act de facto rejected the constitutional principles of the Yugoslav national unity and changed the administrative structure since recognized the existence of a separate nation and gave it certain rudiments of a statehood. This fact has laid the foundation for requirements for the Banovina of Slovenia and made the significant impact on the political activities of government of the Banovina of Drava and in the late 1930s. Thus, the second step was its efforts on the preparation of the set of documents for the establishment of the Banovina of Slovenia for Belgrade. But the military operations on territory of Yugoslavia stopped the process.) |
