Проведено дослідження сутності та складових фінансового механізму стійкого розвитку підприємства, визначено зовнішні та внутрішні чинники стійкого розвитку промислового підприємства, запропоновано модель ідеального стану стійкості підприємств у всіх напрямах його діяльності, у тому числі й фінансовому. Ключові слова: фінансовий механізм, структура фінансового механізму, система чинників стійкого розвитку, модель ідеального стану. Проведены исследования сущности и составляющих финансового механизма устойчивого развития предприятия, определены внешние и внутренние факторы развития промышленного предприятия, предложена модель идеального состояния предприятия во всех направлениях деятельности, в том числе и в финансовом. Ключевые слова: финансовый механизм, структура финансового механизма, система факторов устойчивого развития, модель идеального состояния. In the article the nature and components of financial mechanism of stable development of an enterpriseare studied, external and internal factors of stability development of industrial enterpriseare defined, and the model of the ideal state of stability for enterprises in all areas of theiractivity including financial is proposed. The relevance of the study of financial stability is stipulated by different priorities of functioning and development of an enterprise at a certain phase and stage of its life cycle. The aim of the article is to study the nature and components of financial mechanism of stable development of an enterprise, to define the model of ideal state of stability for enterprises in all areas of theiractivity including financial. The thrust of enterprises in crisis economic conditions is to ensure a balance between the objectives of an enterprise and the conditions of external and internal environment. This equilibrium is characterized by certain values of the parameters of the financial condition of anenterprise and is based on a combination of factors of its internal and external environment. The study has found that in business practicethe financesof industrial enterprisefunction through the financial mechanism, which can be defined as a way of subsystem, which includes regulatory, administrative, organizational and information support, to influence on the financial relationships using certain instruments and methods, and through them – on the industrial and commercial, financial and investment processes for the stable development of an industrial enterprise. Analysis of the financial mechanism of the industrial enterprise includes the development and selection of criteria for effective financial solutions, and practical application of these criteria taking into account the specific environmental conditions of an enterprise. Stability of functioning of an industrial enterprise can be described as an ability of the entity to perform consistently its inherent function when exposed to a variety of factors and thus provide appropriate financial and business results. The conclusion of the article is a proposal to use in the practice of industrial enterprise activity the ideal model of financial stability based on the use of a set of indicators that characterize the impact of such factors as working capital, investment resources, involved working capital, involved investment resources, the statutory fund (capital), the rate of return of working capital, rate of return of investment resources, and solvency. Active financial management of industrial enterprise requires intelligent maneuvering of cash flow to achieve synchronization of proceeds with expenditures, fulfillment of all financial obligations, and effective use of financial resources.
