Theme of article is “Ecological audit, as one of kinds of auditor activity in Ukraine”. In this scientific work the treatment of concept ecological audit is analyzed, its basic elements are allocated, the order of the organization of ecological audit at the enterprise is considered, similarities and distinctions between financial and ecological audit are revealed, the basic reference points of introduction of ecological audit at the enterprise are offered.
