Автор розкриває зміст поняття «освіта» як об’єкта експертизи через дослідження змісту поняття «освіта» у сучасному науковому вимірі та аналіз експертизи у галузі освіти. У статті проаналізовано різні визначення поняття освіта, наведено чинники, що складають зміст освіти. Важливим завданням освітнього сьогодення в Україні автор виокремлює впровадження експертної діяльності у галузь освіти, а також професійну підготовку фахівців здатних до експертно-консультативної діяльності. Автор раскрывает содержание понятия «образование» как объекта экспертизы через исследование содержания понятия «образование» в современном научном измерении и анализ экспертизы в области образования. В статье проанализированы различные определения понятия «образование», приведены факторы, составляющие содержание образования. Важной задачей образовательной настоящего в Украине автор выделяет внедрение экспертной деятельности в сферу образования, а также профессиональную подготовку специалистов способных в экспертно-консультативной деятельности. The author reveals the concept of «education» as the subject of review by exploring the meaning of «education» in modern scientific measurement and analysis expertise in the field of education. The article analyzes the different definition of education and factors that make up the content of education. The author singles an important task of education nowdays in Ukraine, the implementation of an expert in the field of education and training professionals capable of expert advisory operations. The author mentions the Scientific Research Laboratory of Educology of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University; the goal of the laboratory is the introduction of training for new educational space in Ukraine – experts in the field of education, the object of which should be immediately expertise in education, so as educational practice today due to an active and dynamic social development and modernization of education in Ukraine needs to provide comprehensive solutions to problems facing education, it is not possible to perform efficiently, according to the author, without the involvement of expert professionals in the field of education. The expertise in the field of education sets the relationship between isolation open joint action of the teacher and the child as the unit of educational content with changing the position of the teacher as a participant and organizer of joint activities and personal meanings of his profession; make assumptions about the openness of joint actions as system characteristics change educational practices associated with changes in the quality of education, teaching and management; show versatility of the examination, which is a way of investigating educational innovation, establishing dependencies in their organization and deployment features real innovation in educational practice. |
