Дисертацію присвячено комплексному дослідженню БІР ВНЗ, концептуалізації регіональних механізмів їх функціонування. Визначено системноутворювальний механізм формування БІР як єдиного інтеграційного ресурсу освіти регіонального рівня. Розглянуто нові підходи до формування системи науково-освітнього інформаційного ресурсу як складового елементу соціально-інформаційного модуля освіти. Доведено природність і необхідність корпоративних об'єднань ВНЗ зі створення БІР; визначено взаємовідносини та напрями їх удосконалення через механізм інноваційного менеджменту БІР = The dissertation deals with the complex research of Library Information Resources of higher Schools, conceptualizing the regional mechanisms of their functioning, System – oriented mechanism forming library information resources as the integer for the regional education has been determined. A number of new approaches to forming the system of scientific and education information resource as a component of the social and informational module in education have been student and the necessity of corporate library information resource centers has been proved. The relationships and directions of their improvement by means of the mechanism of the innovative management of library information resources have been selected. Костирко, Т. М.
