Дисертацію присвячено розробці методів та інструментів зниження впливу комунікаційних бар'єрів в віртуальній команді проекту. Розроблено метод визначення ключових компетенцій проекту, метод оцінки впливу комунікаційних бар'єрів на проект, зокрема, на рівень виконання ключових компетенцій, що дозволяє виділити найвпливовіші комунікаційні бар'єри. Розроблено інструмент розрахунку коефіцієнта стійкості ключових компетенцій проекту до комунікаційних бар'єрів. Встановлено, що найбільш впливовими комунікаційними бар'єрами для віртуальних команд є семантичний та стилістичний. Удосконалено процес створення описових статей термінів шляхом визначення їх спільної лінгвістичної інформації, головних наукових ознак та додаткових ознак. Запропоновано для подолання стилістичного бар'єру створювати спеціальні шаблони документів з урахуванням умов віртуального оточення. Запропоновано модель, яка позволяє оцінити позитивний вплив розроблених механізмів на якість комунікаційних процесів віртуальної команди проекту = The thesis is devoted to the development of methods and instruments to decline communication barriers which influence on virtual project team's competences. The method of determination of key project jurisdictions and the method of estimation of communication barriers influencing on a project, in particular, on the level of implementation of key jurisdictions, that allows to select the most influential communication barriers, are developed. The instrument of calculation of the coefficient of project key jurisdiction firmness to communications barriers is developed. It is set that the most influential communication barriers on the virtual teams are semantic and stylistic. Principles of creation of the term descriptive articles are improved by determination of their general linguistic information, main scientific signs and additional signs. It is suggested to create the special templates of documents taking into account the terms of virtual surroundings for overcoming a stylistic barrier. A model is offered, which allows to estimate positive influence of the developed mechanisms on the quality of virtual project team's communication process Кармазіна, Л. Л.
