Стаття присвячена спробі визначення сутності компетенції органу виконавчої влади. В роботі, на основі аналізу чинного законодавства та загальнонаукових досліджень з даного питання з’ясована правова природа компетенції та здійснена спроба визначення її структури. = The article is devoted the attempt of determination of essence of jurisdiction of organ of executive power. In-process, on the basis of analysis of current legislation and scientific researches on this question legal nature of jurisdiction is found out and the attempt of determination of its structure is carried out.
