Work is chosen the study of particularities an allbrain symptoms, in concrete, syndrome of headache, at children with light cranial trauma for marginal period. Studying 998 sick at age with 1 month before 15 years. The light trauma exists near by 112 sick ( the commotio of cerebrum - 88 events, contusio of cerebrum of light degrees - 24 sick). Showing reasons by rack in headache (intracranial hypertension, innate anomalies of brain, haemorrhage, forming hematomas, vegeto-vascular dystone, psychogenic pain), correct tactitians of behaviour of choice sick with cranial trauma of light to allow to reach the favourable results in processing and be packed in reconstructions.
