Данная статья посвящена рассмотрению оценки эффективности инвестиионных проектов, т.к правление процессом инвестирования, расширение источников финансирования инвестиционной деятельности и проблемы привлечения инвестиций невозможно решать без оценки эффективности инвестиционных проектов. Ключевые слова: инвестиционный проект; эффективность инвестиционного проекта, оценка эффективности инвестиционного проекта. Дана стаття присвячена розгляду оцінки ефективності інвестііонних проектів, т.к правління процесом інвестування, розширення джерел фінансування інвестиційної діяльності та проблеми залучення інвестицій неможливо вирішувати без оцінки ефективності інвестиційних проектів. Ключові слова: інвестиційний проект; ефективність інвестиційного проекту, оцінка ефективності інвестиційного проекту. This article is devoted to the evaluation of the effectiveness investiionnyh projects unnecessarily reign investment process, expanding the sources of financing of investment and investment problems can not be solved without the evaluation of investment projects. Evaluation of investment projects is one of the most important steps in the management of real investments. Of how well made this assessment depends correct final decision. In the process of evaluating the effectiveness to obtain objective results that need to be considered, the assessment of investment projects should be based on a comparison of the investment cost and the amounts and timing of the planned profit return on invested capital, estimation of investment costs should include all inputs that are involved in the implementation of project, evaluation of return of invested funds should be based on the indicator of net cash flow, which is formed by the sum of net income, depreciation and amortization in the operation of the investment project in the process of assessing the amount of investment expenses and net cash flow should be reduced to present value using a discount rates, which should be different for various investment projects. A decision based on a thorough feasibility study on the feasibility of investing in the development of the production is important, but not the final point in the effective use of capital investments, as capital construction lay ahead, that is, the implementation of the selected project. The choice of destinations and ways to improve the efficiency of capital investments (investment) depends on the specifics of the company and the circumstances. Investment planning should precede the in-depth analysis of their feasibility study of the risk and inflation.
