Статья посвящена актуальному вопросу количественного расчета индекса развития человеческого потенциала (ИРЧП). Дается методика определения ИРЧП со строгим и подробным математическим обоснованием и использованием аксиом размерностей. В качестве базовой характеристики рассматривается характеристика объема. Авторы представляют данную величину в виде смешанного произведения трех векторов, отвечающих за соответствующие составляющие: вектор ожидаемой продолжительности жизни, вектор уровня грамотности населения страны, вектор уровня жизни. Для сравнительного анализа по странам и регионам используется метод эталонирования, в котором за эталон принимается максимальное значение величин векторов. Ключевые слова: интеллектуальный капитал, индекс развития человеческого потенциала, теория размерностей, экономические показатели, единицы измерения. Стаття присвячена актуальному питанню кількісного розрахунку індексу розвитку людського потенціалу (ІРЧП). Дається методика визначення ІРЧП із строгим і детальним математичним обгрунтуванням і використанням аксіом розмірності. Як базова характеристика розглядається характеристика об'єму. Автори представляють дану величину у вигляді мішаного добутка трьох векторів, що відповідають за відповідні складові: вектор очікуваної тривалості життя, вектор рівня освіти населення країни, вектор рівня життя. Для порівняльного аналізу по країнах і регіонах використовується метод еталонірованія, в якому за еталон береться максимальне значення величин векторів. Ключові слова: інтелектуальний капітал, індекс розвитку людського потенціалу, теорія розмірності, економічні показники, одиниці виміру. Raising of problem: Term a «economy of knowledges» now is one of most popular in scientific literature. For the economy of knowledges the use of concept of intellectual capital in which usually include all intangible assets of human society is characteristic. To have a general model of measuring of non-material resources is an issue of the day macro and microeconomics. Complication consists of that, to collect all indexes together, because values them are raznorazmernymi sizes. All quantitative methods of calculation of different integral indexes have an identical algorithm of calculation practically, it is therefore possible to consider their simplest case and find out all subzero sides of algorithms of calculation. Table of contents of the article: As the special case is examined HDI, which got a wideuse the last years. The article is devoted the pressing question of quantitative calculation of Human Development Index, HDI. Authors consider quite justly, that the method of determination of IRCHP requires a strict and detailed mathematical ground and use of axioms of theory of dimensions. Absence of axioms of theory of dimension is the lack of present methods which are examined only from a quantitative side. Further authors suggest as base description of HDI to examine description of volume. They present this size as the mixed work of three vectors, responsible for the proper constituents: vector of the expected life-span, vector of level of literacy of population of country, vector of standard of living. This going near a calculation allows to draw conclusion about complete mathematical validity of the examined index. For the removal of dimension of the taken vectors and comparative analysis on countries and regions the method of etalonirovaniya in which the maximal value of sizes of vectors sets to the standard is used. Conclusion: The considered method of measuring is applicable for any amount of economic indicators, even if they have a different dimension. His application consists of comparative estimation of intellectual capital. Set of indexes can be picked up individually depending on an object and research subject.
