У статті посилюється актуальність дослідження проблем податкового регулювання суб’єктів страхового ринку, які здійснюють страхову діяльність. Проведений аналіз динаміки і структури оподаткування суб’єктів господарювання. Виходячи з практичного досвіду автора розроблені основні шляхи удосконалення податкового регулювання страхової діяльності. В статье определена актуальность исследования проблемы налогового регулирования деятельности субъектов страхового рынка, осуществляющих страховую деятельность. Проведен анализ динамики и структуры налогообложения субъектов хозяйствования. Исходя из практического опыта автора разработаны основные пути совершенствования налогового регулирования страховой деятельности. Actuality of research of problem of the tax adjusting of activity of subjects of insurance market, carrying out insurance activity is certain in the article. The analysis of dynamics and structure of taxation of management subjects is conducted. Coming from practical experience of author the basic ways of perfection of the tax adjusting of insurance activity are developed. The primary purpose of state regulyacirovaniya of insurance activity is defence of interests of insurers and state, which shows up not only in realization of control after financial firmness and solvency of insurers but also in the tax adjusting of insurance activity. Thus, actuality of research of problems of the tax adjusting of subjects of insurance market, which carry out insurance activity, increases. One of directions of state control of insurance market is his tax adjusting. The tax adjusting of insurance market is purposeful actions of the state, from one side, for support and stimulation of insurance market development, and from other - on inhibition and softening of undesirable negative consequences of activity which is carried out the subjects of insurance market. |
