В статье предложен научно-методический подход по использованию метода IDEF3 в системе стратегического управленческого учета. Сущность подхода состоит в использовании эволюционного цикла описания бизнес-процессов по методу IDEF3 для обеспечения их непрерывного совершенствования в процессе учетно-аналитического обеспечения разработки и реализации конкурентных стратегий. Использование этого подхода позволит продвинуться в решении важной научной проблемы совершенствования инструментария управленческого учета. У статті запропоновано науково-методичний підхід до використання методу IDEF3 в системі стратегічного управлінського обліку. Сутність підходу полягає у використанні еволюційного циклу опису бізнес-процесів за методом IDEF3 для забезпечення їх безперервного вдосконалення в процесі обліково-аналітичного забезпечення розробки та реалізації конкурентних стратегій. Використання цього підходу дозволить просунутися у вирішенні важливої наукової проблеми вдосконалення інструментарію управлінського обліку. Current stage of management accounting development is characterized by its integration into control system. This process is associated with an intense change in the tools and extension of management accounting tasks. Strengthening the competitive position - a goal of any competitive strategy implementation - involves continuous improvement of business processes to improve their efficiency, customer satisfaction and quality. Improving business processes can take place either evolutionary (total quality management) or revolutionary (business process reengineering, but in any case, it requires analysis and redesign. The first stage of business process analysis is a description by means of capturing of successive actions of the participants in verbal or graphical form. One of the most promising, in our opinion, methods of describing business processes is the method of IDEF3. Scientific and methodical approach to the IDEF3 method application in the strategic management accounting system is proposed in the article. The essence of the approach is the use of the business process description evolutionary cycle (collection, classification, organization, validation, and refinement) to provide continuous improvement of them in the process of the accounting and analytical support of the concurrent strategy development and fulfillment. This approach will allow, first, to extend the scope of management accounting, and second, to progress in solving important scientific problems of improving the management accounting tools. |
