Последовательно рассмотрены вопросы сущности и структуры страхового менеджмента, раскрыты и детализированы его составляющие, уточнены объекты и субъекты, а также представлены отличительные особенности формирования управленческих решений в страховом бизнесе.
Послідовно розглянуті питання сутності та структури страхового менеджменту, розкриті і деталізовані його складові, уточнені об'єкти і суб'єкти, а також представлені відмітні особливості формування управлінських рішень в страховому бізнесі. Consistently addressed issues of substance and structure of the insurance management, disclosed and detailed its components, refined objects and subjects, as well as provides the distinctive features of the formation of managerial decisions in the insurance business. Insurance management issues remain relevant and require a detailed study of future professionals in the field of insurance. This is necessary in order to obtain knowledge about the place and role of insurance relations in the economic processes in society; basic concepts of the theory and practice of insurance management; the basic methods of making management decisions on the formulation and implementation capacity of insurers in order to balance the financial interests of insurance relations. Materials about the theory and practice of insurance management are currently known. They have a scientific and applied value, but contain significant differences in opinion about the essence, structure, premises insurance management. All this in a dynamic socio-economic development requires clarification of definitions, guidelines and emphasis. The aim of the article is to clarify the definition of "insurance management", the disclosure of its components, prerequisites for the formation, industry characteristics, as well as a critical analysis of existing opredelenits. Further developments in this direction should be related to the theoretical basis and the development of recommendations for the implementation of business process reengineering practices in insurance management. This, in our opinion, is one of the pressing issues of the insurance business. |
