В статье рассматривается отечественный и зарубежный механизм государственной поддержки малого предпринимательства в туристической отрасли. Анализируются проблемы его функционирования, а также определяются основные рычаги государственного регулирования в туристической отрасли. У статті розглядається вітчизняний та зарубіжний механізм державної підтримки малого підприємництва в туристичній галузі. Аналізуються проблеми його функціонування, а також визначаються основні важелі державного регулювання у туристичній галузі. The article deals with domestic and foreign mechanism of state support of small business in the tourism industry. Analyzes the problems of its functioning, as well as identifies the key levers of state regulation in the tourism industry. Analysis of trends in socio-economic development of the country and regions shows that currently more than half of the gross domestic product is produced in the service sector. Scope of services is one of the most promising, high-growth sectors of the Russian economy. At the same time tourism, as a subsystem of the service sector has become an important branch of the national and regional economies in many parts of the world, its growth rate, as a rule, are advancing in relation to the services sector and the national economy as a whole character. Together development of tourism rises connection between tourism and the economy of the region. On the one hand, the region serves acts as a comprehensive resource target for sustainable operation and development of tourism, on the other - tourism, being multiplier effect, is able to create the preconditions for economic recovery in the region by addressing its social and economic problems. At the same time, the historical approach to sustainable tourism development in the regions do not consider tourism as an integrated large open system that not only allows you to solve all complex problems of development of tourism, but also able to generate negative tendencies that lead to instability of both the tourism and the region as a whole. |
