У статті проаналізовано соціально-психологічні аспекти впровадження електронної бібліотеки Національної академії педагогічних наук України (НАПН України), розглянуто процес соціально-психологічної адаптації наукових працівників до сприйняття інновацій, наголошується на важливості врахування означених аспектів для успішного функціонування електронної бібліотеки, визначено психологічні перешкоди для впровадження електронної бібліотеки НАПН України. Сформульовано рекомендації для зменшення впливу соціально-психологічних аспектів в процесі впровадження електронної бібліотеки в наукових установах НАПН України.
The article analyzes the social and psychological aspects of implementation of the Digital library of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine (NAPS of Ukraine), and the process of social and psychological adaptation of the scientists to the acceptation of innovations. The importance of consideration of the mentioned aspects for the successful operation of an electronic library is underlined. The psychological barriers for implementation of scientific electronic library of NAPS of Ukraine are identified. The recommendations for reducing the influence of social and psychological aspects in the implementation of scientific digital libraries in research institutions of NAPS of Ukraine are formulated. |
