Розглянуто поняття моніторингу впровадження результатів науково-дослідних робіт; для галузі психолого-педагогічних досліджень наведено показники цього моніторингу за умови використання веб-орієнтованих засобів ІКТ. Проаналізовано основні підходи щодо оцінювання впливовості публікацій дослідників, наукових колективів і видань, зокрема особливості застосування таких наукометричних показників, як індекс цитування та імпакт-фактор. Обґрунтовано класифікацію інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій моніторингу впровадження результатів досліджень з поділом їх на технології і засоби моніторингу оприлюднення, розповсюдження та використання результатів робіт. Описано особливості використання окремих веб-орієнтованих засобів ІКТ моніторингу впровадження результатів психолого-педагогічних досліджень.
The concept of monitoring of scientific research results implementation is considered; it is presented the indicators of the monitoring for psychological and educational researches using web-based ICT tools. The basic approaches to the estimation of publications influence of researchers, research groups and editions, including peculiarities of the use of scientometric indicators such as citation index and impact factor are analyzed. Grounded the classification of information and communication technologies for monitoring of research results implementation dividing them on the technologies and the means of monitoring disclosure, dissemination and use of publications results.
