У дисертації теоретично обґрунтовано зміст і структуру професійної майстерності, виявлено психолого-педагогічні особливості та організаційно-педагогічні умови розвитку професійної майстерності викладачів графічного дизайну у вищих навчальних закладах мистецького профілю, проаналізовано історію підготовки викладачів-дизайнерів та сучасний стан розвитку їх професійної майстерності. Визначено основні компоненти та складові професійної майстерності викладачів графічного дизайну: педагогічна майстерність. Розроблено професіограму та модель розвитку професійної майстерності викладачів графічного дизайну. Обґрунтовано програму, методику й основні етапи констатувального та формувального експериментів. Визначено критерії професійної майстерності, їх показники та рівні виявлення. Розроблено та впроваджено в практику навчально-методичний комплекс, який охоплює тренінги з розвитку педагогічної і дизайнерської майстерності, методичні рекомендації щодо проведення цих тренінгів та програму самовдосконалення на міжтренінговий період.
The content and structure of professional skills are theoretically grounded, the psychological and pedagogical peculiarities, organizational and pedagogical conditions of developnment of the graphic design teachers’ professional skills in the art profile higher educational establishments are defined, the history of teachers-designers training as well as a contemporary state of their professional skills development are analysed. The main components of the professional skills are defined: pedagogical skills. There is developed the professiograme and the model of development of the graphic design teachers’ professional skills. The program, methods and main stages of the establishing and forming experiment are substantiated. The criteria, indicators of indices for the professional skills are determined. Teaching methods consisting of training for educational, art and computer skills, methodical instructions for these trainings and self-improvement program. The teaching-methodical complex including trainings for development pedagogical, art and computer skills, guidelines for conducting these trainings, and self-improvement program for off-trainings period are developed and implemented in practice. |
