The objective tendencies of social development determine significantly increased attention to the problem of persons’ self-fulfilment. Lack of knowledge on this phenomenon dictates the need for its theoretical justification as well as for empirical studies. This paper presents the re-sults of a research aimed at determination of features and factors of professional self-fulfilment of skilled people of different ages and professions.
Об'єктивні тенденції розвитку суспільства зумовлюють істотне посилення уваги до проблеми самоздійснення людини. Її недостатня вивченість визначає необхідність її як теоретичного обґрунтування, так і емпіричного вивчення. У статті викладаються результати досліджень, спрямованих на визначення особливостей та чинників професійного самоздійснення фахівців різного віку та професій. |
