Розглядаються нові вимоги до психологічного портрету сучасного фахівця, що зумовлюють необхідність поєднання професійної підготовки з розвитком особистості спеціаліста і, зокрема, його духовним розвитком. Проаналізовано специфіку науково-гуманітарних професій, висвітлено психолого-педагогічні засади духовно орієнтованої підготовки майбутніх фахівців науково-гуманітарного профілю. Cистема професійного становлення спеціалістів науково-гуманітарного профілю має включати такі компоненти: оволодіння учнями профільними знаннями; формування системи професійно важливих якостей і цінностей фахівця; залучення молоді до творчої соціально значущої діяльності.
New requirements to a psychological portrait of the modern expert which predetermine necessity of association of vocational training with development of the person of the expert and, in particular, аre considered by his spiritual development. Specificity of scientific - humanitarian trades is analysed, psychological and pedagogical bases of spiritually focused preparation of the future experts of a scientific - humanitarian structure are opened. The system of professional becoming of experts of a scientific - humanitarian structure should include such components: mastering by pupils by profile knowledge; formation of system of professionally important qualities and values of the expert; attraction of youth to creative socially meaning activity. |
