У статті коротко викладено результати теоретико-експериментального дослідження умінь фахівців сфери ―людина − людина‖ управляти емоціями у професійній діяльності, наведено визначення основних понять ―управління емоціями у професійній діяльності, ―психологічна готовність до усвідомленого емоційного реагування‖; перераховані критерії психологічної готовності до усвідомленого емоційного реагування, описані основні можливості застосування моделі Р.Ділтса в концепції формування умінь управляти емоціями, запропонована методика і програма формування умінь управляти емоціями для учнів професійно-технічних навчальних закладів. The article considers the results of theoretical and experimental research of skills of the specialists of the sphere of ―human – human‖ to manage by emotions in professional activities, defines the main concepts of ―managing by emotions in the professional activity‖, ―psychological readiness to conscious emotional response; lists criteria of psychological readiness to conscious emotional response, describes the main passibilities of application of the model. The Dilts in the concept of formation of skills to manage by emotions, the method and the program of skills’formation to manage by emotions in the form of training courses for students of vocational technical schools is suggested. |
