Стаття присвячена актуальним тенденціям модернізації освітнього середовища навчальних закладів України в аспекті удосконалення інноваційних засобів ІКТ на основі хмарних технологій. Висвітлено проблеми поліпшення якості і доступності навчання, а також підвищення якості електронних освітніх ресурсів і сервісів завдяки використанню хмарних обчислень і аутсорсингу. Розкрито тенденції стандартизації вимог до засобів ІКТ у сучасному інформаційно-освітньому просторі. Визначено чинники підвищення якості і перспективні шляхи розвитку засобів ІКТ навчального призначення на базі хмарних технологій.
The article is devoted to topical trends of modernization of the learning environment of the educational institutions in Ukraine in terms of improvement of innovative ICT on the basis of cloud technologies. The problems of quality and accessibility of education and also quality of electronic educational resources and services improving through the use of cloud computing and outsourcing are outlined. The trends for ICT requirements standardization in the modern learning environment are revealed. Factors of quality increasing and prospective ways of ICT-based learning tools development on the basis of cloud technology are described. |
