У статті розглядається важливий аспект проблеми методичного забезпечення підготовки вчителів до оцінювання інноваційного розвитку загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів, – застосування в процесі вказаної підготовки електронного посібника. Обґрунтовується значущість електронного посібника для підготовки вчителів до здійснення оцінювання інноваційного розвитку загальноосвітнього навчального закладу, подаються пропозиції до змісту посібника, розкривається авторське бачення його структури й функцій.
В статье рассматривается важный аспект проблемы методического обеспечения подготовки учителей к оцениванию инновационного развития общеобразовательных учебных заведений, – использованию в процессе указанной подготовки электронного пособия. Обосновывается значимость электронного пособия для подготовки учителей к оцениванию инновационного развития общеобразовательного учебного заведения, высказано предложения к содержанию пособия, определено авторское видение его структуры и функций. An effective instrument of a training for teachers for an evaluation of innovational development of general educational institution is an electronic manual. A content of the manual should consist following modules such as an innovational development of general educational institution, theory of evaluation of innovational development of general educational institution, a management of evaluation, a methodological support of evaluation and a taking part for society in an evaluation. A manual consists of the following components such as a reference compendium course, electronic text materials, questions, practical and creative tasks, in-depth material for modules (illustrations, software support etc.), a dictionary, a library of literature and normative rules, a forum etc. The best option for accommodation a manual could be a separate site or site section. It will could contribute for a best structuring and for presentation materials of handbook, using of new information and communication technologies. A manual can perform several functions such as informative, motivational, communicative, coordination, systematization, developmental and others. |
