У статті охарактеризовані роль і значення освіти дорослих, пов'язані з необхідністю подолання кризи сучасної освіти, а також розглянуті умови ефективності організації процесу навчання дорослих. Автор обґрунтовує доцільність застосування циклічної моделі Д. Колба, що дає можливість враховувати особливості навчання цієї вікової категорії.
A role and value of education of adults, overcoming of crisis of modern education related to the necessity, is described in the article, and the terms of efficiency of organization of process of teaching of adults are similarly considered. An author grounds expedience of application of cyclic model of D.Kolba that enables to take into account the features of teaching to this age-related category. |
