Порушено проблему формування організаційно-управлінських умінь у лідерів учнівського самоврядування. За результатами теоретичного аналізу наукової літератури уточнено понятійний апарат дослідження означеної проблеми, сутність поняття "організаційно- управлінські вміння", окреслено перспективи подальших наукових розвідок.
the student government is considered іn this article According to the results of theoretical analysis of scientific literature, the research concept «organizational and management skills» is defined. The article aims at summarizing different authors» views on the nature and characteristics of the concepts «management», «business», «organizational skills», «management skills». It describes the main components of the phenomenon «organizational and managerial skills». An analysis of scientific literature in the context of the research has been provided. The essential components of organizational and managerial skills, in our opinion, are strategic thinking and initiative, creativity, especially in the planning of the organization, appropriate evaluation of the resources used to perform the tasks, the ability to successfully pick up agents for translating ideas, the awareness of possible risks and challenges in addressing assigned tasks. |
