У статті розкрито виховні можливості дитячих організацій та об’єднань; визначено особливості їхньої діяльності як дієвого партнера інших соціальних інститутів у процесі виховання підростаючої особистості. Окреслено роль педагогів — дорослих лідерів дитячих організацій та об’єднань як необхідної умови їхнього ефективного функціонування. Визначено пріоритети діяльності дитячих організацій та об’єднань,їхні основні завдання, мету; обґрунтовано цінність дитячого об’єднання у контексті виховання підлітків. The article deals with the educational opportunities of children’s organizations and associations, the peculiarities of their activities, the role of teachers-adult leaders of children’s organizations and associations as a prerequisite for their effective functioning; priorities for children’s organizations and associations, their main tasks and goal; the value of children’s association in the context of education of teenagers. Analysis of scientific literature, studying the documents of different associations provide grounds for the conclusion that children movement in Ukraine is actively developing. Children’s associations are confirming themselves to be an institution of non-formal education of teenagers, and complement the education of other social institutions. |
