Політичну суб’єктність розглянуто як здатність особи до усвідомленої і відповідальної політичної участі, мета якої – вплив на суспільно-політичні процеси. Представлено структурну модель становлення політичної суб’єктності особи. З’ясовано, що передумовою становлення політичної суб’єктності є ефективна політична соціалізація особистості, а результатом – її політична компетентність. Політичну компетентність, громадянську відповідальність, соціальну мотивацію визначено як суб’єктивні умови становлення і розвитку політичної суб’єктності. Наголошено, що усвідомлено-відповідальна політична участь особистості можлива лише за умови сформованості її громадянської відповідальності (за себе, за інших, за країну) та усвідомлення нею своєї спроможності впливати на перебіг суспільно-політичних процесів. Означено суб’єктні якості, які сприяють становленню і розвитку політичної суб’єктності, зокрема рефлексивну здатність людини аналізувати детермінанти політичної поведінки, її готовність до саморозвитку і самовдосконалення. Життєстійкість охарактеризовано як потенційний ресурс становлення й розвитку суб’єктності особи в політично нестабільному суспільстві.
Political subjectivity is regarded as the ability of an individual for conscious and responsible political participation in order to have an influence on social and political processes. A structural model of developing political subjectivity of an individual is presented. It has been found that effective political socialization is a prerequisite of the political subjectivity formation, and its result is the political competence of an individual. Political competence, civic responsibility, social motivation are considered to be subjective conditions for formation and development of the political subjectivity. It is emphasised that conscious and responsible political participation of an individual is only possible if one has a developed civic responsibility (for one self, for others, for the country) and understanding of one’s effectiveness in influencing social and political processes. Subiective qualities which contribute to formation and development of the political subjectivity are outlined. They are inter alia reflexive ability of an individual to analyse the determinants of political behavior, his or her readiness for self-development and self-improvement. Viability is defined as a potential resource for formation and development of a subject in the politically unstable society. |
