Description Автор розглядає персонал-технологію як інноваційний напрям організації системи професійного розвитку персоналу в умовах внутрішньофірмової підготовки, аналізує основні елементи персонал-технології, вимоги до її організації та поетапність упровадження.
The author considers personal technologies as an innovative direction of the organization system for professional development of the staff in terms of in-house training, analyzes the basic elements of personal technologies, the requirements for its organization and phasing of implementation.The main elements of personal technologies are the understanding and the support of management, the presence of the regulatory framework, the creation of organizational and pedagogical conditions, coaches and teachers,the software, the system monitoring and the reporting (continuous monitoring, which provides for the assessment and evaluation of learning activities). The embodiment of personal technologies involves 6 stages if to take into account the above mentioned requirements and major elements. On the first stage it is advisable to hold the meeting at the Executive level of the company to review the goals and objectives associated with the implementation of personal technologies. On the second stage the diagnostics of the existing state of affairs is conducted. Diagnostics is usually held on the initiative of the leaders of organization. External experts or consultants are involved for that purpose. The third stage involves the coordination and preparation of the approval of the documents regulating the training organization. The fourth stage involves informing employees about the goals and content the worked out technology of personnel.
On the fifth stage subdivisions or workers that will be responsible for the certain areas of works are determined.The introduction and practical implementation of the system of personnel training occurs on the sixth stage taking into account the requirements of personal technologies. Summarizing the results for the reported period serves as the basis for analysis and correction designed to enhance the effectiveness of training.
