У статті розкривається питання забезпечення в Україні права дітей вразливих груп на сім'ю. Висвітлено недоліки і труднощі цього процесу; охарактеризовано патронат над дітьми як тимчасовий догляд та виховання дитини в сім'ї патронатного вихователя на період подолання складних життєвих обставин та визначення форми її подальшого влаштування; окреслено стратегічні орієнтири забезпечення права дитини на сім'ю в сучасних умовах.
In the article the issue of assurance of right to a family for children of at-risk groups is considered. The defects and problems of the process are cleared up; foster care for children as a temporary supervision and education of a child in the family of a foster educator is characterized for the period of overcoming difficult life circumstances and determination of the child's further establishment; strategic guidelines of assurance of the child's right to a family are outlined in contemporary conditions. |
