Професійне вдосконалення вчителів філологічних спеціальностей у сфері формування інформатичних компетентностей є важливим аспектом у процесі підвищення рівня освіти. Головною ідеєю компетентнісно орієнтованого підходу є спрямування на комплексне засвоєння знань та способів практичної діяльності, завдяки яким людина успішно реалізує себе в різних галузях професійної діяльності. Компетентнісний підхід може стати результативним лише за умови спрямованості на досягнення конкретних змін у підготовці вчителя до постійного використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у своїй педагогічній діяльності.
Professional development of teachers of philology specialities in the field of informatics competencies formation is an important aspect in the process of improving the educational level. The main idea of competence oriented approach is the directionality to integrated assimilation of knowledge and methods of practical activities through which people successfully fulfil themselves in different sectors of professional activity. Competence oriented approach will become effective only on the condition that will be focused on the achievement of specific changes in the preparation of teacher to the continued use of information and communication technologies in his educational work. |
