Дисертацію присвячено дослідженню ґендерних особливостей формування професійної компетентності майбутніх лікарів. Проведено теоретико-методологічний аналіз наукової літератури, на підставі якого розширено та поглиблено зміст поняття «професійна компетентність майбутнього лікаря», яке розглядається як інтегральна характеристика професійного становлення і розвитку особистості майбутнього лікаря і визначається як складне інтегральне особистісне утворення, що містить комплекс науково-професійних знань, практичних умінь й особистісних якостей, необхідних для успішного виконання майбутньої професійної діяльності. Визначено компоненти (ціннісно-мотиваційний, операційно-діяльнісний, поведінковий, комунікативний, когнітивний, рефлексивно-творчий) та види (спеціальна, соціально-психологічна, особистісно-творча, комунікативна, саморегуляційна, морально-етична, правова) професійної компетентності майбутнього лікаря. Отримано результати емпіричного дослідження, що відображає гендерні особливості розвитку визначених компонентів професійної компетентності у майбутніх лікарів. Розроблено і теоретично обґрунтовано психолого-педагогічну модель формування професійної компетентності майбутнього лікаря, основною ідеєю якої є переконаність у тому, що професійна компетентність підлягає формуванню, розвитку та корекції під час спеціально організованого особистісно-орієнтованого навчання у ВМНЗ. За результатами формувальних впливів доведено ефективність впровадження програми авторського спецкурсу та ґендерно-орієнтованого тренінгу з формування професійної компетентності у майбутніх лікарів в процесі їх навчально-професійної діяльності у ВМНЗ, що стало підтвердженням висунутої гіпотези дослідження. Диссертация посвящена исследованию гендерных особенностей формирования профессиональной компетентности будущих врачей. На основании теоретико-методологического анализа научной литературы уточняется содержание понятия «профессиональная компетентность будущего врача», которое предлагается рассматривать как интегральную характеристику профессионального становления и развития его личности, включающую в себя систему научно-профессиональных знаний, практических умений и личностных качеств, необходимых для успешного выполнения будущей профессиональной деятельности. Определены компоненты (ценностно-мотивационный, операционально-деятельностный, поведенческий, коммуникативный, когнитивный, рефлексивно-творческий) и виды (специальная, социально-психологическая, личностно-творческая, коммуникативная, правовая саморегулирующая, морально-этическая) профессиональной компетентности будущих врачей. Результаты эмпирического исследования позволили определить гендерные особенности развития определенных компонентов профессиональной компетентности у будущих врачей. Создана и теоретически обоснована психолого-педагогическая модель формирования профессиональной компетентности будущих врачей, которая основывается на положении о том, что профессиональная компетентность будущего врача подлежит формированию, развитию и коррекции в процессе специально организованного личностно-ориентированного обучения в ВМУЗ. Результаты формирующего этапа исследования статистически подтвердили эффективность предложенных программ авторского спецкурса по психологии и гендерно-ориентированного тренинга з целью повышения эффективности формирования профессиональной компетентности у будущих врачей, что стало подтверждением гипотезы исследования. The dissertation is devoted to research gender specifics in development of professional competence of medical students. The theoretical analysis of scientific literature as the basis for defining the content is held in the work, the basic structural components and types of professional competence of future doctors. The basic components of professional competence of future doctor are based on the theoretical analysis: value-motivational, communicative, behavioral, operatively-active, cognitive, reflective and creative, and its types: special, social, psychological, personal-creative, communicative, self-regulative, moral and ethical, legal. The author analyzed main gender peculiarities of the professional personality becoming and development, such as gender identity, gender roles, settings, gender stereotypes, indicators of femininity and masculinity. Empirically researches the levels of development of the important components of professional competence of future doctors. Analyzed interconnection gender characteristics with peculiarities of development the communicative, value-motivational, creative-reflexively and behavioral components of professional competence. Theoretically grounded and developed psycho-pedagogical model of professional competence of future doctor. Proposed the psycho-pedagogical model of forming the professional competence containing the system of practical and theoretical methods for traditional and personality-oriented studying. The model allows to identify meaningful relationships between the main components and types of professional competence of future doctor and the factors of its formation, providing high level of success mastering future professional activity. This close relationship is proportional to the development and formation of the main components and types of professional competence of future doctor. It provides a high level of general competence of the modern physician at the time as "loss" of one of the components of professional competence deprives its completeness and integrity. The main idea of the proposed psycho-pedagogical model is the belief that the most important parts of professional competence to be the formation, development and correction during specially organized student-centered learning in higher education. The effectives of author`s programme and gender-oriented techniques for the professional competence development of medical students during studying in university are proved in work with the results of forming influences. Proposed in research work the complex of techniques for development of professional competence for future doctors can be used with the aim to increase and improve professional training of medical specialist or in organization and conducting orientation practice, or in changes of professional studying processes, which with increase professionalism of future medical specialist. There is a new model according to the influences, effectiveness of the program author's lecture course and gender-oriented training in formation of professional competence of doctors’ in the educational and professional activities in higher medical. It is noted that the proposed special course in the study program and gender-based training can be used to enhance the effectiveness of training health professionals, including the organization and conduct career guidance, at the opening of new medical specialties, when changes in the educational process aimed to increase the efficiency of training of future health professionals, as well as in practice social, psychological and medical and psychological services of higher medical education. Done empirical study levels of components within professional competence of physicians analyzes and gender characteristics of the relationship with the peculiarities of communication, value motivational, reflexive and creative, behavioral components of professional competence. |
